We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are unused, in their original packaging, and with any tags still attached. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Customized items are not eligible for returns due to their personalized nature.

Absolutely. We offer full race event management and support, from local club-level racing to international endurance series. We handle the logistics so you can focus on driving.

We have two main facilities conveniently located at New Zealand’s premier racetracks: Hampton Downs Motorsport Park and Taupō Motorsport Park. This allows us to offer immediate on-track testing and support.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order's progress online. If you have any issues with tracking your order, please contact admin@primespeedsport.co.nz.
