Refund policy

You will need to call and speak with a Prime Speed Sport representative to explain the issue with your item and your reason for requesting a return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Authorized returns are processed ONLY after the item is received at Prime Speed Sport and inspected carefully. Prime Speed Sport reserves the right to deny a return request.

Returned parts must be unused, in original condition, in original packaging, and received by Prime Speed Sport no later than 30 days after sale for a refund or store credit. No returns are allowed on custom orders, special order parts, or deposits to hold items. Returned items are thoroughly inspected before a refund is issued.

There is no refund for any original shipping charges on returned items. Additionally, non-refundable third-party processing and transaction fees incurred at the time of purchase will be deducted from all buyer-requested return refunds.

We will gladly accept the return of Prime Speed Sport products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. We are NOT responsible for incorrect vehicle fitment. It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm fitment before purchase.

Fulfillment mistakes made by Prime Speed Sport resulting in the shipment of an incorrect product will also be accepted for return within 30 days from the date of purchase. Defective or incorrect parts will be exchanged or fully refunded upon receipt and inspection of the returned part at our expense. Please inspect your merchandise immediately upon receipt to detect any possible issues.

Products from third-party manufacturers are subject to the defective product policy of the original manufacturer. Prime Speed Sport is not responsible for replacing or refunding any such item if the manufacturer policy does not cover it.

This policy does not apply to items that have been damaged during shipping, unboxing, or installation.

We understand that from time to time you may need to return an item to us for an exchange, refund, or store credit. Below is our refund policy. We reserve the right to charge a handling and restocking fee of up to 15% on non-defective returned items.

Order cancellations requested before an item has been processed or shipped can be submitted by contacting a staff member. Prime Speed Sport reserves the right to decline a cancellation request if the order has already entered fulfillment.

Please note that original payment processing and transaction fees are non-refundable on all buyer-requested cancellations and returns, and these fees will be deducted from the final refunded amount.
